The Company does not offer, sell or provide any products or services to Visitors through the Website, and the Website does not provide for user registration, accounts, subscriptions or any transactions.
2.2. Nothing on the Website constitutes: (a) an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any shares, securities, interests or other financial instruments, or an invitation to invest in the Company or in any other entity; (b) investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, or a recommendation of any kind; or (c) a binding offer or commitment on the part of the Company. The Content is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be unlawful. Article 3 — Permitted use
3.1. Conditional upon compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the Visitor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view the Website for personal, informational purposes, and to print or download reasonable extracts of the Content for the Visitor's own non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are preserved.
3.2. The Visitor shall not: (a) copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or publicly display any part of the Website or the Content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent; (b) use automated means, including robots, scrapers and data-mining tools, to extract Content from the Website; (c) interfere with the Website's technical infrastructure or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code; (d) circumvent or disable any security or access-control measure; (e) use the Website or the Content in a manner that suggests any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Company; or (f) use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

Except for the limited right expressly granted in Article 3, no licence or other right in the Content is granted to the Visitor, whether by implication or otherwise.
Article 5 — Communications with the Company
5.1. The Visitor may contact the Company using the contact details published on the Website. The Company is not obliged to review, respond to or retain any communication, and no communication shall by itself create any contractual, advisory, fiduciary or other relationship between the Visitor and the Company.
5.2. Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been signed by the Company, any information, business proposals, investment opportunities, ideas or materials sent to the Company shall be treated as non-confidential, and the Company shall be under no obligation of confidentiality or compensation in respect thereof. The Visitor warrants that they are entitled to provide any such information and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy available on the Website, which describes the data collected, its use and recipients, and the rights available to the Visitor.

Article 7 — Disclaimer of warranties
7.1. The Website and the Content are provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability. Certain jurisdictions do not permit such exclusions, and they may therefore not apply to the Visitor.
Article 8 — Limitation of liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or the Content.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.
Article 9 — Changes to the Website and restriction of access
9.1. The Company may at any time, without notice and without liability, modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of it, or restrict the Visitor's access to the Website, including upon breach of these Terms.
Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
10.2. The courts of the British Virgin Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the Visitor may have under the laws of their country of residence.
Article 11 — Miscellaneous
11.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Visitor concerning the Website. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver thereof.
11.2. The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the Website thereafter constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
